Operator and scope
Telamanus Quotes is operated by Jake, an individual based in New York, USA, using the Telamanus brand. Telamanus is not an incorporated company or a separate legal entity. Contact: hello@telamanus.com.
These terms cover Telamanus Quotes, its website, sample calculator and Wix app. A site owner accepting these terms represents that they are at least 18 and authorized to act for their business. The named service business, not Telamanus, supplies the cleaning, washing, detailing or other service requested through a form.
What the app provides
The app calculates estimates from a business’s saved rates and captures itemized inquiries. Sample rates are illustrations, not recommendations or verified local prices. Estimates do not create appointments, accept jobs, collect customer payments or guarantee final prices, availability, revenue or results. Businesses must review their prices, taxes, service area, customer requests and final agreements.
The current product supports USD, five-digit US ZIP codes and an English interface, with one active configured form per Wix site. Classic Wix Editor has been tested; Wix Studio and Harmony compatibility have not been verified.
Plans, recurring charges and cancellation
Free includes 5 inquiries per site per UTC calendar month. Pro includes 500 for $15 per month, or $180 billed yearly. There is no annual discount. Taxes may apply. Test inquiries count toward the allowance. Wix checkout identifies the selected billing interval, payable amount and renewal terms before you purchase. Pro renews and charges through Wix according to those terms unless you cancel renewal before Wix’s stated deadline.
You can manage and cancel through Wix Premium Subscriptions; refund and cancellation instructions are available without logging into this app. Uninstalling does not itself cancel billing or request data deletion. We do not collect card details or enroll you in a paid plan from our own form. No price increase is authorized by a silent edit to this page; required notice and consent apply.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate business details, use prices and content you have the right to publish, and test your form before relying on it. Give visitors your own privacy notice and handle their requests lawfully. Use inquiry details only to address the requested service unless you separately establish a valid basis for another use. The inquiry checkbox is not consent for promotional emails, automated texts or calls. Do not collect sensitive data, children’s information, payment credentials or information unnecessary to a service inquiry.
Keep Wix account access secure, verify the notification inbox you control, and review the app inbox if email delivery fails. Do not submit spam, malware, unlawful content or unauthorized data, attempt to access another business’s records, or bypass usage and security controls.
Data and content
You retain rights in your own business content. You permit the operator and necessary providers to process it and your inquiries to deliver and secure this service as described in the privacy policy. We do not acquire ownership of your customer data. Businesses remain responsible for lawful collection, follow-up and copies they export or receive by email. Contact us before using the app where a specific signed data-processing agreement is required; this page does not assert that all jurisdiction-specific contract requirements have been met.
Our original code, branding and product materials are protected to the extent applicable law provides. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. No ownership is claimed over Wix or third-party materials. The app is independently operated and is not endorsed by Wix merely because it appears in the App Market.
Availability, suspension and ending use
We work to maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect estimates or guaranteed email delivery. You may stop using the app and cancel through Wix. We may limit access when necessary to address abuse, security threats or legal requirements, with notice when practicable. Material service changes will be communicated as required. Ending access does not remove any refund or other rights provided by law.
Export needed inquiries before the 365-day retention period ends. You can delete inquiries in the dashboard and request removal of installation data. Backup and provider retention limitations are explained in the privacy policy.
Legal rights and disputes
Contact hello@telamanus.com about a problem. These terms do not waive rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be waived, and do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights. Mandatory consumer protections apply despite any conflicting wording here. The operator is based in New York; the law and forum applicable to a particular dispute depend on the circumstances and applicable rules.
Changes
Material changes will carry a revised effective date and an appropriate notice. Where affirmative agreement is required, it will be requested. Continued use alone will not be treated as consent to a new charge or materially different use of personal information.
