Telamanus Quotes is operated by Jake, an individual based in New York, USA, using the Telamanus brand. Telamanus is not an incorporated company or a separate legal entity. Contact: hello@telamanus.com.

For support, privacy requests, accessibility problems or billing assistance, email hello@telamanus.com. Include the relevant Wix site or app transaction reference and a short description. Do not send passwords, card details, identity documents or unnecessary customer information. Response times vary; no fixed response-time guarantee is offered.

Save rates and connect the form

In your Wix dashboard, open Apps → Telamanus Quotes. Edit your business details and rates, review the terms, and choose Save settings. In Classic Wix Editor, select the Service Estimate widget, open Settings, choose Connect this widget, and publish your site. A visitor using older rates must reload before submitting.

Missing email alerts

Check Inquiry notifications in the app dashboard and verify your inbox with the six-digit code. An inquiry remains in the dashboard even when email delivery fails. The app does not guarantee inbox placement.

Data requests

Businesses can export and delete inquiries from the dashboard. For correction, access or installation-data deletion, contact hello@telamanus.com. Verification uses existing account or inquiry information. See privacy and retention details.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

Read the cancellation steps and refund policy. Uninstalling does not cancel Wix billing. If the cancellation control is unavailable, contact Wix and us; do not assume renewal stopped without confirmation.
