Refund and cancellation policy

Billing provider and plans

Telamanus Quotes is operated by Jake, an individual based in New York, USA, using the Telamanus brand. Telamanus is not an incorporated company or a separate legal entity. Contact: hello@telamanus.com.

This policy concerns the Telamanus Quotes app subscription, not a cleaning, washing or detailing job. Free has no subscription charge. Pro is $15/month or $180/year, plus applicable taxes, for 500 inquiries per site per UTC calendar month. Wix processes subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds.

Cancel future renewal

  1. Open Wix Premium Subscriptions (opens a new tab).
  2. Find Telamanus Quotes, open More Actions and choose Cancel App, then Cancel auto renew. Wix may change these labels; follow its confirmation steps.
  3. Check that Wix confirms renewal is off and review the effective date. Save the confirmation. Access continues for the period Wix reports as active, then the Free allowance applies.

Cancel before the renewal deadline shown by Wix. Uninstalling alone does not cancel a subscription. See Wix’s cancellation instructions. If you cannot cancel, contact hello@telamanus.com and Wix support promptly with the app name and transaction reference. Do not send card numbers or bank details.

Refund requests

We do not offer a separate money-back guarantee or promise automatic prorated refunds for unused time. Wix’s third-party app refund guidance generally excludes refunds, while its App Market terms reserve discretion to refund an app that does not work properly. A Wix website-plan refund window should not be assumed to apply to this app.

For a duplicate or incorrect charge, an app malfunction or another refund concern, contact hello@telamanus.com with the purchase date, transaction reference and a short explanation. We will investigate the app issue and assist with the request to Wix. Refund eligibility, processing and timing depend on Wix and applicable law; contacting support does not automatically cancel renewal or approve a refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes a refund, cancellation or other remedy required by applicable law. Payments and refunds for the underlying service job are agreed directly with that service business.
